The Embassy Suites Hotel, site of our 2010 Specialty, is located just across the parking lot from the Larimer County Fairgrounds (a.k.a. The Ranch) — site of all of our Specialty events except for herding.
Note:The host hotel is fully booked. If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please contact Jill Floberg at brightybeardie@comcast.net first so someone on the waiting list can get the room at the group rate.
Anyone desiring to be on a waiting list needs to contact Jill at brightybeardie@comcast.net. Give Jill your name, contact info, and desired arrival and departure dates/times. This list will be handled on a first-come basis, and no one will be notified until after August 20th.
Reservations
The hotel is currently accepting reservations for the 2010 Specialty. To book your rooms online, click here to use our special group rate page.
IMPORTANT: Your credit card will not be charged until August 20, 2010. This means that you have until August 19 to make changes or cancel your reservation.

Directions
From Interstate 25 north or south:
Exit at mile marker 259 to E Crossroads Blvd. Located at the Larimer County Fairgrounds and Events Complex referred to as "The Ranch," the hotel sits in the NE quadrant of I-25 and Crossroads and is visible from the highway. Hotel is approximately one hour north of Denver and 45 minutes from Denver International Airport.

Guest Rooms Start on the Second Floor
There will be a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee per room for rooms with dogs. The hotel will charge $25 per dog per room damage fee that is refundable after checkout. Credit Card is the only form of payment for this fee.
Any RVs parked in the hotel parking lot must be guests of the hotel.
No person may stay in an RV in the hotel parking lot.
Our hotel is a pet-friendly hotel that has been the site of many national and regional specialties.
However, we still need to make sure we are respectful of the hotel and grounds so that future dog shows will be welcome there. No more than 4 dogs are allowed per room. Dogs must be crated any time you are out of your room. Please use plastic sheeting under crates and dog bowls. No bathing or grooming of dogs is allowed in the guest rooms. The towels in the hotel are only for human guests.
Please clean up after your dogs at all times. We will have poop bags, scoopers and trash cans around the hotel grounds for your use. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, lounge, public rest rooms, courtyard or pool areas due to Colorado State laws. All dogs must be kept on a leash except when in the ring competing.
